It was great to see the meaning of community this morning on this wod. Athletes pushing each other through on the carry and cheering each other on. However Sarah was cheering in a different way... I was telling her to pick up the kettle bells and she was telling me to get out of there and go home. Lol it was hilarious.Zach "the beast" crushed yesterday's wod pr'ing by 50 seconds. Awesome work by everyone today. Keep stretching out those arms and shoulders today!

This was much harder than it looked when I read it. Did round one with 45# bumb bells that banged up my legs, then 2 rnds with 1 pood. 125 SDL, they were the easy half. 25: and some odd change.
