6:58. Back isn't feeling great still so scaled to 115. Did overhead squats and snatches first.

Did the masters WOD 1/2. 9 thrusters and 2 rds plus 1 pullup. Not great numbers, I know - but those are the first pullups without a band since my neck injury. Nettie's a happy girl :) 35 burpees done - not sure if it was 34 or 35 so I did 35 just in case.
