14:26 at 65#..i found my groove for overheads for the first time and im looking forward to adding some weight now...great workout....learned my lesson on hand care the hard way this weekend...if ur callouses are getting big see Handsome Mark's video from '09 to avoid having ur callous ripped off while doing pull ups.
75# for me, also wimped on the 95s. I rowed instead of ran and finished in something around 14:50. Oh, and I burpeed despite my best efforts not to burpee.
That happens to me sometimes too - getting the hang of something with only 1 round left. 17:34 35# front squats instead of overhead squats and rowed. Good WOD! Thanks Mark, great class!
Did 4 rounds at #65. 16;46. My lower back was really bothering me during the run- was a bummer because I really wanted to finish it prescribed! Oh well... Moving on:)And yes- I currently suffer from upper cross syndrome!!!!

Whimped out on 95lbs! Happy to report I kicked 75 lbs ass though.

Finally got the hang of the overhead squats on the last round of the workout. Felt good, but wish it happened before.
