Bent Over Row 4 Sets Of 10-Start at the last weight you used for the good morning.

Both Movements Are To Be Performed For Form. Pace is a 2 count down, and a 2 count up each rep.


Followed By

Run 800
50 Sit Ups
Row 1000
100 Double Unders
50 Sit Ups
Run 800


Go in whatever order allows everyone to use the rowers in turn.

Nutrition Challenge-Weigh Out and post Hope Scores to Blog. If you were unable to do hope today-the next chance is Saturday! Hand in your nutrition journals and everyone continue with the great progress you've made! There were a lot of Pr's and great progress by all who finished the challenge-we will announce the winner next week!

Hope score was 152 and now it is 166 without feeling like I am gonna puke after :0) I followed calorie counter on my phone so I have to transfer the info to a little notebook which I will bring in Wednesday. Congrats to everyone who followed through and/or attempted. Rebekah
