Our criteria will be to go at least parallel to the ground-try touching the arms to the leg and keep tension in the hamstring.

Paleo challenge
Best thing is losing 7 lbs in two weeks! Worst is the constant hunger and lack of energy! 1 point for Monday! Kurt M

Best is losing almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. Worst was, um, well, I've had my moments (it was hot, I wanted ice cream, I wanted chocolate for a pick me up) but once the moments passed, they just don't matter.

No best or worst just a comment. This challenge is harder. I don't know why. It is easier just to say I won't take the point. Maybe it is the summer. Maybe it is playing for yourself. IDK :)

So far 100% Paleo...I've been so good not sure if I will cheat today.

This challenge has been great and pretty easy. I really needed to get myself back on track and this really has helped. Its amazing how incredible I feel when I'm strict Paleo...I just need to remember this feeling when I choose to mis-behave!!! I hope everyone else is doing well!!! Its summer work has been crazy...hope to see you all soon...
