Post your Points to the Comments each Day for the rest of the week. (Tuesday-Monday)
As a benchmark we will use your scores from the hope WOD. Everyone should have participated. If you didn't You will have to wait til this Saturday, Not this week during classes.

So is it 1 pt or 2 pts for 100%? Yesterday it was 2 but today it says 1. Whatever it is, I got the point(s) for today :)
I was 100% today so whatever number we're using 1 or 2 that's the one I have lol.

1 point for Rebekah for Day 2. Is coffee w coconut milk ok? Caffeine withdrawal is rough but I have not given in!
Rebekah, yes as long as it is sugar free. Also Almond milk is ok. My personal favorite is full fat coconut milk from the can, sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
