Workout for Thursday, March 29

You all know the work out Randy? 75 reps of 75lb  power snatch? Yeah......this just got worse. It might be called the Randy Sandwich.

WOD: 50 Push ups, followed by Randy, followed  by 100 Double unders, for time.

and if you think this is bad, wait for Friday.....

Also FYI: Crossfit Babies, so sorry, but the Wednesday 4:30 kids class is off. Keep in shape. We recommend the following AMRAP, play outside like crazy.

Randy Simmons
In honor of Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member who was killed in the line of duty. 

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons' wife and two children.
