Workout for Thursday, March 22

10 Rounds, 1 minute break between rounds, for time:

run 200 meters
5 Thrunsters, 95/65 lb
15 situps

Modify by: reducing the number of rounds, or the weight on the Thruster. There will be a 35 minute cut off.

For those doing the open wod, you know what it is. Plan on it during regular gym hours if you can line up a judge during the next few days. Otherwise, enjoy it at the 12:30 Saturday class.

A thrunster is a thruster that you complete, drop from overhead and the weights bounce up and hit you in the shin! Ouch!!!!
