Post WOD Nutrition At The First Responders Challenge


CrossFit Cape Cod Workout Of The Day For Thursday, March 8th, 2012


Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 24" box
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar

We are hosting Baystate CrossFit on Saturday at 1:30 for anyone who wants to do open WOD 12.3. Open Gym Will go from 12:30-1:30
