anyone interested in doing wod 1 of tri training this week after the 930 tomorrow? South cape beach say 11am? I'll be there and plan on forcing Keith to be there too!! :) jen ben
Please let me know if you are interested in being part of rowing crew (single oar) out of Woods Hole late afternoon on Monday 8/29 or Wednesday 8/31.
Adventure Rowing is a youth based non-profit organization out of Little Compton Rhode Island and will have the boat available on these days...just back from a Penikese Island youth program.
The vessel is 30ft and holds 6 rowers. The voyage depends on the experience of the crew but will most likely be a learning trip out and about the Sound.
The instructor is a life long rower and mind-body martial arts instructor. Donations appreciated but not necessary.
