1:00 Double Unders
1:00 Toes To Bar
1:00 Triple Unders

Bike 12 Mile Time Trial
Swim 1:00 sprint 1:00 off x 8 Stay along the shore in waist to chest deep water.
Can Be Done On Seperate Days

loving the triathlon training! We did the swim in the ocean, a bit scared but I did it! maybe we could get a group together to do this weeks triathlon training. Anyone in for a swim after 930class on friday? :)Jen Ben

I'm back....it was great seeing all the familar faces and some new ones. Doing a happy dance that I can finally workout again....walked into a form of mental torture, I just finally got double unders and I see triple unders on the board?????? Who's great idea was that??? (hmmm...MARK!!!)

A little curious to see pics of Mac's skirt and Anthony's speedo...a new dress code at C3??? Great to be back!!!
