hello fellow crossfit people. window season on nantucket is starting to slow, and i restarted working out this weekend. i'm really looking forward to bushy kicking my bum for a while.

plea for help: please remind me to scale. i hated to scale when i started, and im basically restarting now. before any work out, feel free to walk up and say, "hey dummy, scale".
