7 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood/1.5 Pood
Run 200 meters
Sub for the burpee pull ups is a burpee, jump on the box you are using to reach the bar, and do a jumping pull up all in one rep.

The 20 min AMRAP didn't show on my iphone. I thought that was 1 round and the shortest wod ever.
Not sure how I feel about burpees being incorporated into everything these days! Burpee broadjumps...over the bar burpees...and now...burpee pullups! What's next?
