Mark you better be coming up with some alternate exercises for those of us who are running impaired... I can tell you that The Nate will not be doing this workout as described.
Thanks guys! Being able to do strict pullups has been one of my biggest goals since I've started crossfit! Now...if I could only learn to do more than one double under at a time:)
