I had an epiphany on the shuttle to the boat after our workout today. After discussing our after pictures We talked about what to have for dinner and This thought came to me... "I know I look better but I still don't like the way I look. I can't eat what I want and look the way I want. I can't look the way I want and eat what I want. They are mutually exclusive." I won't sacrifice how I want to feel, look and perform for some momentary comfort or enjoyment that food may bring. What has happened to me?

Drew and Jane so great to see both of you! You both look incredible, great pics! Drew love what you said! Paleo is a way of life for me now. I had a few treats this week after the challenge was over, I'm shocked how quickly it brought me down emotionally and tired physically. Still have some personal goals to reach, so here's to sticking with Paleo!
