There is a severe weather advisory for the Cape-please check the blog in case they are actually right. If it isn't bad and there is nothing posted you can assume that classes are on.

20 Box Jumps (24, 20)
20 Pull ups
20 Wall Balls (20, 14)
If you want to spice things up a bit do chest to bar pull ups.

I keep checking so I guess classes are on?
For now Val. Keep checking about the evening.
Hoping that we don't get screwed by the weather and the evening classes/open gym stay on. I think we get a break from the snow this afternoon through midnight or something like that. Need to burn off the cupcakes from Saturday!
