The Open is a six-week competition. The workouts are announced each week on Tuesday at 17:00 PDT and you have until that Sunday at 17:00 PDT to complete the workout and enter your score. To qualify for Regionals and the Games, you must complete each workout each week as prescribed.
Masters are part of the Open.
Movement standards for each workout will be explained in detail when the workout is released.

So excited for active recovery...so NOT excited for 10m sprints! Regardless of my disdain, Erin and I are planning on hitting the 4:30 class and going to dinner at Bobby Burnes prior to active recovery... if anyones interested in joining :)

Great workout today! Major out of breath action going on. So excited for Amy's active recovery class tonight. Then onto Bobby Byrnes for a snack and a cocktail. Amy, your class did some magic on my jacked up right arm.
Jane and i have only lived with my mom for a month over on the vineyard and she just decided yesterday to go Paleo wth us! She saw it working for us and decided she could do it too. She and Jane made banana bread today. Now i just gotta get her to do CrossFit.
