Just throwing it out here, Jane and I are going swimming after the 5:30 class. Got a nice little no sticker beach anyone can go to near New Seabury. Anybody is welcome to join us. It was all i was thinking about after yesterdays workout and i've found that if you don't go the beach at every opportunity all of a sudden it's September and you haven't gone yet.

wish i could hit it too, no dice today..would love to do a wod in the water sometime this summer, not sure if it is doable but would be cool...
