Thanks Rob, you reinforced what Mark and Sarah have spent so much time reminding all of us, nutrition is the foundation of performance. Also, brilliant plan to gauge our seriousness about nutrition by seeing how long we would wait for our post workout snacks while you talked about food and more food, for some reason i am craving a DQ blizzard.
