Please Note that we will NOT have a 7:15 Class on Saturday. There will be a special schedule this Saturday and all are welcome! There will be an active recovery class at 11am on Saturday with Amy S. and then we will be running a special WOD From 12-4 on the hour! Join Us for the fun Saturday between 11-4!

Thanks guys...I can only truely appreciate the before picture, now that it's beside the after, lol! I'm a true testament to the benefits if CrossFit and Paleolithic nutrition!!!

I wish that the before and after photos could also show the changes that have occurred within, not only do I feel physically stronger, every aspect of my life has been positively affected! Huge thanks to Mark and Sarah, and the whole CrossFit community!!!
