Kristin and I are starting Paleo/Zone on Monday.
We LOVE Paleo and have both lost a "bit" of weight on it. As of late we've stalled in our weight loss so by combining it with Zone, (measuring our portions and eating balanced protein, carbs and fat) we're excited to see where it will take us with strength in our workouts and weight loss.
Kristin never cheats. I do weekly. So my goal is to do this strict until the party on the 30th.

First of all, I just had ice cream, remember?! So I'm hardly perfect ;) anyways, hope to get a few more peeps to challenge me to push even harder!!! I'm new to the zone so any tips would be much appreciated! And thanks to Mike M for the zone spreadsheet!
