No 6:30am Friday and No 7:15 on Saturday

Friday

WOD

'Murph'

1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

If you are still new to CrossFit or just feel like it would be a good call-scale to half or use your best judgement. For the rest of you- it's time to harden up.

There will not be a 6:30am class Friday or a 7:15am class Saturday.

i found murph to be easier if i chant this litle mantra in my head while i work out..." ihatemarklee, ilovemarklee, ihatemarklee, ilovemarklee" well it works for me. Can't wait till five!

I just did murph and I havnt gone in like forever it seem and I think I died. Can the dead type???? o yeah conscious of nothing well I think that happened as well. Well aside from the weird looks I got from the other patrons of the gym as I lay on the floor gasping like a fish. It went pretty well. I didnt beat any records and I cant walk but I finished.

I don’t know what is more gratifying, actually completing Murph, or witnessing the shear drive and determination of a group of dedicated athletes fight through every movement of this WOD. Everyone performed amazingly and you should all be proud of your accomplishments. Again, AMAZING!!!
