Hey there Mr. Lee remember me?
I just want you to know I read the cravings post from a couple of days ago and found it really insightful. I am one day in without wheat or refined sugar. I am not writing this for a pat on the back but I figure posting it will make me more responsible. I really hope Jon's work schedule will change enough so I can come back in. I still read your posts and I really miss the way I felt when I was working out. Hopefully I'll be back soon.

Hi Danielle! Look forward to working out with you again! Good for you for cutting out the wheat and sugar. It may be a little hard in the beginning, but if you stick with it long enough you will barely ever have those cravings.
