1 Year ago before the community formed that means a lot to all of us.


As soon as this coming Monday we are saying good bye to bay 3 and moving to the Mashpee Commons. I am looking forward to the next chapter in what has been a wonderful privilege and exciting journey. I won't rehash all the memories but there sure have been some good ones. Maybe you'd like to share yours in the comments.







Sad to say that Rich is moving on but I'm certain that we will see him on the occasional visit-It has been great having you as a part of our community Rich-we will definitely miss you!

The morning class did 5 rounds of 3 min on 1 min off 5 thrusters 7 hang cleans 10 sumo deadlift high pulls. We may do that this afternoon as well

Many thanks to the entire C3 family for a fantastic summer of elite fitness!!!

I am going to try and make it down for an occasional WOD during the upcoming Autumn, and to check out the new digs in the Commons.

Once again, thank you so much for all of the coaching, encouragement, and giggles over the past 3 months, it has been an awesome experience!!!

Wow, no more bay 3, what a weird thought! Exciting and sad at the same time. Hopefully I'll be able to come again really soon. Miss you all.

Sarah is there some way we couild incorporate the fountain in our workouts? lets say box jumps?
