I love those videos of the olympic lifters verses the body builders. I hear women say all the time that they don't want to get 'to big.' I used to say that to (which now I find hilarious because we all know that is never going to happen!) So my response is that we shouldn't worry about that until we get small. Women can be strong but still feminine.
You mean to tell me I've been working my butt off (literally, according to Sarah) for months trying to get a muscle-up, and I could have just bought one in a can?!? How much are they? I want one!
Good article for the ladies Mark. Every girl that I speak to about fitness and crossfit is worried about blowing up and looking like a bodybuilder / powerlifter.
