Again these are CrossFit Strength Bias (CFSB) and CrossFit Endurance (CFE)-They can be part of the pre WOD or used as finishers but should be maximum effort.

By supporting the farmers markets this summer, you're helping the farms to restart next spring. Without these small farms dedicated to organic farming we'd be left with the frankfoods that are available at major supermarkets. Filled with pesticides and gmos.
