Sunday, March 1st marks the 5 month anniversary of CrossFit Cape Cod. To celebrate this and making it through the roughest months of a tough winter we will host a theme party at the box. Wear your best 80's or 90's outfit (but Mark all you have to do is wear what you always wear.) or select your favorite decade I don't care. Bring guests if you want. Let's bring food and drink-of course I prefer Zone-but...whatever you want to party down with before during or after the "fun WOD" So mark your calendar-Sunday, March 1 at C3.

This was sent to me today...
CrossFit New England is hosting the first New England Throwdown.
We will do 2-3 events (12 minute cap on each event), scaling is allowed, and of course there will refreshments (byob) after the event.
There will be a $10 entry fee, and the top male and female athletes will take home cash.

After yesterdays Fran i feel like i am 75, does that mean i only have to do 25 burpees?

Phoebe, was a machine this morning! Deadlifted 210 and then did 73 burpees!

Awe shux its a rest day and i won't be able to come do 67 burpees. Sorry Mark. I know you love watching my agility and great speed when i do those.
