Max Reps Strict Press 95/65
Max Reps Strict Chin Ups

Rest as needed between rounds. Score number of reps.

Saturday we will be doing a team WOD. If possible let's all be there at 1:00. There will be no 7a.m. class. If that messes you up please let me know but if you can make it at 1 this should be a very good time.

What's the difference between a Chin Up and a Pull Up? I feel like either way, my hands WILL blister! See you all tomorrow at 4, I can't wait to see you all!! I love it! (even though I told Mark I hated it...mid Fran...) I am sorry!

I tell mark I hate him and the founders of Crossfit on a weekly basis. Don't feel bad.
I think it means that we can't kip.

a chin up is doing a pullup with your palms facing your face, no kipping involved.

Palms facing is the face is opposite of what most of us girls at c3 usually do. I almost fell over when I tried it the other day, good times.
