Pull-Up Ladder

1 Pull Up The First Minute,2 The second, 3 the third...go for as many rounds as possible on the minute. When you can't keep up on the minute, if you haven't reached 12, continue until you arrive at 12 trying to end as close to the twelfth minute as you can.



Tim will be taking the Saturday 1pm Class. There will not be a 7am class on Saturday.
